About Elizabeth

As a Law graduate, Elizabeth Reid began her professional legal career as a Litigation Manager specialising in civil and commercial litigation. After a successful legal career she moved into compliance and regulation working as an Associate within a city regulator.

Following her personal aspirations, she is currently the Director of a management consultancy providing programme management services to top tier investment banks and FTSE 100 financial institutions.

Elizabeth has a passion for inspiring and motivating others which culminated in the establishment of a non profit organisation providing supplementary education, IT skills and extra curricular activities within the community.

She is an author, motivational speaker and youth worker. Elizabeth previously held the position of Assistant District Youth & CE Director and participated on the management committees of a number of charities.

She remains committed to the ethos of personal and professional development.

Elizabeth believed that education would provider her with a platform from which she could elevate herself. She was right, as after graduating in Law she become a Litigation Manager with a company car and an annual bonus before she was 25 which represented a great achievement. As she moved from one success to another, utilising and honing her skills she discovered that institutional education was the first stage and that the 'University of Life, from which we never graduate, provided her with far greater and richer source of wealth. She discovered how to turn failure into the stepping stone to success. She continues to redesign, revitalise and rejuvenate her life and consequently the lives of those around her.

She has a passion and excitement for sharing the strategies that she has learnt. She has an enthusiasm that seldom wanes. Living a busy cosmopolitan lifestyle she has learnt to take timeout and recharge her batteries constantly revisiting and improving her work-life-balance. Through her personal insights she provides advice, coaching, mentoring and providing solutions to the questions and dilemmas that we face everyday.
